Becoming a patient at Life in a Blender is easier than…well, using a blender! At least we think so. The first step is to contact us by phone or by using our online contact page or by calling our office at 843-347-4900, and we will get back to you when we can. We’ll set up an appointment as soon as possible. Be sure to indicate the reason for your visit in your message, whether it is a specific ailment or for your annual check-up.

After your first appointment, you will have access to the Patient Portal where you can continue communicating with us outside of the office with your needs. From refills to quick questions, we’re ready to provide you with the best care.
